Rock and pop stars of the future performed one of their first gigs for their proud parents at the Brookfield School Rock Academy in Sarisbury.

Pupils of various ages performed set lists of around 15 minutes on this term’s theme – pop to rock. That meant at least one of their pieces had to be a pop song given a rock twist by the group.
Among some of the song’s given the new treatment were Gotye’s “Somebody that I used to know”, Rihanna’s “Umbrella” and Carly Rae Jepsen’s ”Call me maybe”.
The packed audience of mums, dads and grandparents were clapping their hands and tapping their feet along to the performances. The Friends of Brookfield School ensured they had refreshments during the interval.
