Bursledon Brickworks
Look out for a range of animals at Bursledon Brickworks Industrial Museum’s Country Fair this weekend.
The traditional Country Fair on June 23 will have miniature horses, gun dogs, bees, rabbits and guinea pigs.
There will be a variety of craft stalls and demonstrations of country skills including wood crafts and activities for the children, while entertainment will be from the Red Stag Morris and a majorettes group.
Children of all ages can enjoy making hand-made bricks, watching the steam driven pug mill and riding the miniature railway.
A second-hand book stall and plant sale will offer great bargains and local artists’ work will be on display and for sale at the gift shop.
The event is from 10am to 4pm at the museum in Swanwick Lane.
Tickets cost £5 for adults, £4 for concessions, £2 for children or a family tickets costs £12.
